A few things to know.
Which iPhone models does Tanner fit?
Tanner is available for selected iPhone 17 and later models. Choose your exact model in the selector: Pro and Pro Max versions are not interchangeable. Check Settings > General > About on your iPhone if you are unsure.
What is Crazy Horse leather?
Crazy Horse describes a leather finish, not the animal it comes from. Tanner uses full-grain cowhide with this finish for its softly matte appearance and the way it develops character with handling.
Will my case look exactly like the photographs?
Natural grain and tone vary between pieces of leather. Lighting and screen settings can also affect how the colour appears. The photographs show the overall finish; individual variation is expected.
Does Tanner have MagSafe magnets?
Yes. Tanner has integrated magnets for compatible MagSafe accessories. Charging performance depends on your iPhone, charger and power supply; no charging-speed rating is claimed for the case.
Is the circular Suritt design visible on the back?
No. The circular print and Suritt mark are on the inner lining. The exterior is plain leather.
Can I use Camera Control with the case on?
Yes. The matching case version has a dedicated opening for Camera Control. Select the correct version for your iPhone.
Will the leather pick up marks?
It can. Friction and handling may create light marks and changes in tone. These contribute to the patina of the finish; the extent and appearance depend on use.
Is Tanner waterproof?
Tanner is not sold as a waterproof case. Avoid soaking the leather. If it gets damp, blot it gently and allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.
What protection does it offer?
Tanner covers the back and sides and has a raised camera edge. No tested drop height or impact certification is claimed. A case cannot prevent all damage.
How should I clean it?
For light surface dust, use a soft dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and check with us before using leather treatments, as they may alter the finish.
