All shipments ordered through the SURITT online store will be carried out in compliance with the established delivery deadlines. In order to avoid any type of error in delivery, the customer must be sure to indicate the address information correctly and to indicate a contact telephone number.
Once the order has left the stores of SURITT, the agency will send an email with the tracking number, so that the customer can check at all times the status of your order.
If you have placed an order, and you have not received the order tracking mail, make sure it has not been received in the spam box, in case you did not receive it, contact email@example.com.
- For Spain (Península or Balearic Islands) and Portugal we offer a free 3-5 business days service. We also have a 24 working hours shipping for 4.95€ (Orders after 17:00h will be shipped next day)
- In Spain (Canary Islands) orders take approximately 2-4 business days being free on orders over 70 euros and 11.95 euros if they are lower.
- Europe orders are free and take between 4-6 working days. We also have a 24-48 working hours express shipping for 11,95€ for next countries:
- Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Irland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, UK, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland.
- Mexico orders take between 3-5 working days and are free for orders over 70€, 11,95 if they are lower.
- Other countries take orders approximately 8-10 working days being free on orders over 70 euros and 5.95 euros if they are lower.
All fees and taxes related to the purchase made are borne by the buyer in accordance with current provisions. The amount of taxes and customs duties must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment. In these consignments the value of the invoice in euros will be taken as the declared value for customs purposes.
Is it possible to make a change or return of a leash as well as receive the money?
In case you want to return your order, you can do it within 15 calendar days, provided that the product or packaging has not been used or damaged. The 15 calendar days start counting the same day you receive the order, and the costs of the return are paid by the customer (Except Spain and Portugal that are FREE). You should only inform SURITT through an email that the order will be returned, it is not necessary to specify the reason, we recommend that the agency through which you make the return is safe.
If the watch strap you received has a small defect, you can get in touch, you should keep in mind that they are handmade straps, but if the defect is a manufacturing problem, SURITT will bear the shipping costs of the return.
Once we receive the return in our warehouses, we will proceed to make the return of the amount of your order. The money will be paid in the same way that you paid for your order.
If you just want to make a change, SURITT only accepts color changes within the model or size, for this you must contact the customer service informing about that change and make the shipping of the belt to our store
In case you want to change your strap model, you must return it for a refund and make a new order.

How can I make a return?
In order to make the return, you must first make sure that you are within the return period, and that the product is in the same state in which it was shipped (no used or damaged watch straps will be accepted).
The returns are free in Spain and Portugal, on the rest of the world are behalf of the client, to do them you must follow the following steps:
Send an email informing about the return to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pack the product correctly, if possible in the original packaging, attaching the invoice, so that we can identify it once we receive it in our warehouses.
Get in touch with the agency to make the collection of your order, we recommend that you use the same with which we have sent your order or one that is secure.
Once we receive it in our warehouses we proceed to make the change or refund of the amount.
How do I receive the amount of my refund and in what period?
At the moment we receive the return in our warehouses begins the processing of the refund. The refund amount will be made within 7 business days, and the money will be paid into the account that you used to make the payment.
