All shipments ordered through the SURITT online store will be carried out in compliance with the established delivery deadlines. In order to avoid any type of error in delivery, the customer must be sure to indicate the address information correctly and to indicate a contact telephone number.
Once the order has left the stores of SURITT, the agency will send an email with the tracking number, so that the customer can check at all times the status of your order.
If you have placed an order, and you have not received the order tracking mail, make sure it has not been received in the spam box, in case you did not receive it, contact info@suritt.com.

For online purchases, SURITT will refund the purchase price of products that are returned in their original condition and accompanied by the original invoice, the original SURITT packaging and the intact security label. Returns of products affected, used or not in the same state that were sent are not accepted.
You must inform SURITT of your intention to return the product within 60 days after the delivery date by email to info@suritt.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return. SURITT will send a return label to contact the agency to agree on a pick-up time.
Returns are free for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), other countries on behalf of the customer.
If you want to make a change for a mayor article, the amount must proceed to request the return for reimbursement and make a new purchase. In case of changes of color or size within the same amount you can contact our customer service to request the change.
The refund of the evaluation amount by the same method in which the payment was made within 7 business days.

All fees and taxes related to the purchase made are borne by the buyer in accordance with current provisions. The amount of taxes and customs duties must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment. In these consignments the value of the invoice in euros will be taken as the declared value for customs purposes.
