For online purchases, SURITT will refund the purchase price of products that are returned in their original condition and accompanied by the original invoice, the original SURITT packaging and the intact security label. Returns of products affected, used or not in the same state that were sent are not accepted.

You must inform SURITT of your intention to return the product within 14 days after the delivery date by email to info@suritt.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return. SURITT will send a return label to contact the agency to agree on a pick-up time.

Returns are free for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), other countries on behalf of the customer.

If you want to make a change for a mayor article, the amount must proceed to request the return for reimbursement and make a new purchase. In case of changes of color or size within the same amount you can contact our customer service to request the change.

The refund of the evaluation amount by the same method in which the payment was made within 7 business days.
